This is the HKP 1 adaptor for the Milwaukee knockout tool which is needed when you want ot use the larger 100mm options out there. 

If you need to go bigger than the 63mm option from Milwaukee you can use the Greenlee punches which go up to 100mm 

but you will need this adaptor to do that. 

They also do square and triangle punches.
