A name now well known to fans of motocross and everything related to mud, sand and jumps, but which is difficult to give up.
A strong yet lightweight three-piece shell in two different sizes, with three different EPS modular cheek pads, allows all riders to find the right comfort, an essential feature to deal with off-road activities with the right concentration. The large visual window ensures maximum visibility and an important air circle even at low speeds.
And, given the importance of having a helmet that uniquely represents the personality of each rider, for the 2019 collection they have been studied for MR JUMP of theeven more appealing graphics that follow market trends.

Materials

Shell made of TRICARBOCO material, made in two sizes (M and L), a mix of Kevlar, carbon and fiber, bonded with resin.
Polystyrene inside in 3 sizes (S, M and L) to offer the best possible ergonomics with variable densities depending on the size.

Safety

To have adequate protection, the helmet must fit perfectly and be correctly and securely fastened, so that it can not be pulled out either by pulling or by rotating it on the head.
If it is too big, it can go down to cover the eyes or turn sideways while driving, thus preventing proper visibility.

Shell in tricarboco material, a mix of Kevlar, carbon and fiber, bonded with resin, hand-printed using the new technologies that use vinylester resins.

INSIDE POLYSTYRENE in three sizes (S, M and L). The particular conformation and the differentiated density construction increases the mechanical resistance in case of accidental impact; equipped with ducts studied in the wind tunnel ensures perfect ventilation.

D-RING RETENTION SYSTEMstudied and patented by Suomy: the now reliable and tested double D ring system ensures stability, safety and robustness. How it works: insert the free edge of the strap into the rings. Pull the terminal until the strap presses firmly against the jaw. Once this operation has been carried out, it must no longer be possible to remove the helmet; check that, by grasping it at the back and rotating it forward, the helmet can not be removed and remains firmly on the head. If the helmet tends to slip off or rotate freely on the head, tighten the strap again until the pressure is right and repeat the test. If after retesting, you can not effectively tighten the retention system, refrain from using the helmet. Only after checking the correct tension of the strap, secure the free end by locking it with the automatic button on the release tab. The automatic button only serves to fix the free end of the strap to prevent it from waving while driving. The fixing of the release button does not guarantee that the helmet has been worn and fastened correctly: the correct tightening of the strap must be verified exclusively by means of the operations described in the previous paragraphs. To release the retention system, release the automatic button and pull the release tab to loosen the clamp. Remove the free edge of the strap from the "D-Rings" rings. Use the release tab only to remove the helmet! Never operate the release tab while driving.

Interior comfort

PILLOWS completely removable and washable, in different thicknesses for a complete personalization of the final product.

INTERNAL CAP completely removable and washable, in different thicknesses for a complete customization of the final product. The removable inner shell has been ergonomically designed for a uniform and controlled support on the whole head. The ventilation slots in view, make the incoming airflow thermo-regulate the inside of the helmet and the flow of hot air is easily discharged from the rear.

THE INTERIORS (cheek pads and inner shell) are completely made of high-quality COOLMAX® ACTIVE fabric with INTERPOWER treatment:

Ventilation

The CAP is made of polystyrene with grooves for conveying incoming air flows.
In the front part there are VENTS front, top and rear screens which provide for the internal ventilation of the helmet.
On the MENTONIERA there is an air intake that provides for the front nose assembly.
