Detailed below are the Terms and Conditions which apply to all transactions on the MRS website. When you place an order it confirms that you accept all of the Terms and Conditions which are listed below.

Pricing

All product prices are shown in UK Pound Sterling and are exclusive of delivery.

Availability

All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we are not able to complete your order due to out of stock product(s) you will be given a refund.

Images

All images on the MRS Ltd website are taken by ourselves or our suppliers. Please ask us permission before using any of our pictures. Please be aware that occasionally colours and designs of products may vary.

Product Details

All products on the MRS website are brand new and unopened unless stated otherwise on the individual product descriptions. We try to give you as much information as possible about every product that we sell; however, if you would like to know more about certain products etc. please email us and we will try to help you out.

Overseas Delivery

We are more than happy to ship abroad. Please email us a list of the products you'd like to order and which country they will be sent to, then we'll work out the postage charge for you.

Next Day Delivery

Sadly none of the couriers now guarantee this service 100%. We find they are making around 90%+ on time but delays do happen and we can't be responsible for this! We have no control over how they run and do things. At the moment we use UPS (for businesses normally) and Parcel Force (for residential addresses normally) The likes of the Highlands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and Islands off the coast of the UK tend to be a 2-3 day service even though the courier call it next day. Dispatching Orders & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders same day if placed before 14:00 GMT. We have to set a time for this and 14:00GMT is the only safe cut off point but of course if orders arrive after this and they have not been to collect we will still do our best to get it out the same day. We cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged orders; however, we will try and help you out as much as possible. Please ensure that all details of your order and postal address are correct before submitting your order as MRS cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses entered as a delivery address. We reserve the right to decline any order. We will do our best to meet the delivery timescales above, but these timescales are only approximate and are not guaranteed. Sometimes a parcel can be late due to reasons that are beyond our control. If your parcel does not arrive within the expected delivery time period, please contact us so that we can find out what has happened. We shall have no liability however for any delay in the delivery of products ordered. At this moment in time we still do not have an option to offer Free Returns but we are still working on trying to offer this in the future.

NOTE:

Parcels have to be signed for so please don't ask to leave in shed or over the garden fence etc. as this will not be done and the driver will return with parcel to try another day or he will leave it at your local post office to collect.

Late Deliveries:

Late deliveries are not refundable anymore! Sadly Parcel Force and UPS do not refund us for late deliveries anymore. Since Covid-19 outbreak all couriers seemed to stop guaranteeing next day service and stopped from this point issuing contracts account holders refunds on late deliveries. However, saying that 95% of the time the parcels are still arriving next day, but there is issues from time to time and the likes of Parcel Force have started to also outsource goods to third parties in some rural areas of the UK, which also may cause some small delay. Really sorry but totally out of our control this one. All we can do is make sure the goods are sent the same day and then hope the couriers do their job right.

Returns

All products being returned to MRS Ltd must be returned to our store within 14 days, all returns will be refunded excluding our delivery charge if one was charged and we aim to refund the same day the goods arrive back.

We are more than happy to also exchange any item if you need a different size to what you ordered. Please note changing your mind after an order has been shipped is fine but it is the buyer responsibility to return the goods at their expense! I must also point out that rejecting a delivery to return to sender will incur a charge deduction on the refund as we are charged by our courier for this action, at the moment they charge us £25 for standard size parcel, so please bare this in mind. We do not charge any admin fees this is just purely our courier cost to us. It is also recommended that any goods return you insure against loss as we cannot be held responsible for this.

Notification by the purchaser on non-delivery of goods or invoice queries must be made in writing by email within 5 days of receipt of invoice, we would also recommend to call us right away on 01423 772885. Notification by the purchaser of damage to goods or defects in quality must be made in writing within 5 days of receipt of goods, again we would say call us same day so we know about it and can try resolve as quickly as possible. Always sign for goods on receipt as 'not checked!' or 'box damaged!' No liability is accepted for goods supplied by M.R.S. proving to be defective in design or unsuitable for the purchaser's purpose. M.R.S. liability is restricted to the replacement or correction of the defective goods or refund monies paid. In no case will M.R.S. be liable for any claims for labour, damage or other expenditure either direct or consequential, arising out of any goods supplied by them and alleged to be defective. M.R.S. cannot accept for whatever reason, cancellation of contracts covering the supply of goods manufactured or purchased to the purchaser's specification or at the purchaser's request. Such goods must be taken by the purchaser and paid for in full. The processors will also be liable to compensate M.R.S. for any partly finished product, stock of materials and tools held for M.R.S. or supply of such goods.

Returning Goods to Us

You pay the costs of sending any goods that you are returning back to us for refund. Simply request to return the item by email or phone, pack your item well with all the original packaging, manuals etc., then enclose the original invoice or the invoice number with reason for return and return the goods to us. We advise you send any goods of any value back with an insured service to protect yourself. Email Addresses

We respect the privacy of your email accounts.

Your details will not be passed to any organization outside of Malcolm Rathmell Sport Limited unless stated otherwise.

From time to time we may email you with offers and promotions we are running that might be of interest to you or if there were to be a recall for any reason with any of our products you may of bought, which were deemed to be of risk/concern to our customers and authorised by our suppliers/manufacturers to notify you immediately. If you receive any email from us that you are not happy about please inform us by email and we will remove you from any future mail. Emails used will only be those supplied when ordering on our web site.
