Every Nitron shock is built using the very ultimate in high quality high precision components, every one of which has undergone an extensive and rigorous design and development program to ensure they deliver optimum performance. They are designed using the unique Nitron modular system which allows a high degree of flexibility during the development of every application. Every component is precision machined to exacting standards and then carefully inspected by trained quality control technicians.
NITRON 43 TVT FORKS
Intended for use on twin-shock bikes with conventional (right way up) 43mm front forks and developed using the same technology you will find in our premium Cartridge kits, the Nitron 43 TVT Forks also offer the high level of rider control, performance and comfort that have become the trademark of the Nitron product.

The lower fork legs are manufactured from high specification fully machined aluminium finished with a heavy duty black anodised finish. The stanchions are made from high precision seamless steel tube which has a super smooth hard chrome plate finish. For the complete ‘stealth’ look, a fully black fork with the DLC coating on the stanchions is available at an extra cost.
The damping control system consists of an adjustable compression cartridge installed within the left fork leg and an adjustable rebound cartridge within the right fork leg. Both offer independent damping and pre-load adjustment via the uniquely styled fork top caps. In addition to this, the key feature of the TVT Fork Cartridge Kit is the third high speed damping valve incorporated into the compression cartridge. This valve is pre-set to react to high speed, hard edge bumps which would normally unsettle a well damped set up especially when combined with hard braking and cornering forces. The result is a balance of performance, stability and compliance which give very high levels of rider confidence and ultimate control.
All three pistons can be quickly and easily removed for re-valving without the need to remove the forks from the bike, meaning setup changes can be done with ease. Springs are Nitron ultimate quality high precision chrome silicone steel, available in various rates.
