AJP & Braktec 4 pot caliper piston and seal kit

These are very difficult to fit, forcing the pistons past the seals will damage the seals, please read the fitting guide in the description.
For inexperienced mechanics or anyone who lacks patience, you're probably better buying a new calliper instead.

Kit includes
4off 25mm diameter x 13mm long pistons
4off Seals (2.4mm thick)
1off o-ring



To fit 4 pot front brake calipers (222.00.000C)
and Braktec 4 pot calliper (Split 2 piece calipers only) as found on:

Sherco 2002>2012 (125 & 200cc from 2004 on) - AJP 4 Pot
Sherco 2014 onwards - Braktec 4 pot
Gasgas Pros 2002 to 2012
Scorpa SY250 all
Montesa 315r 2001 to 2005
Montesa 4RT all
Beta Rev3 2001 to 2004 (Fits 25-03046) Front and Rear - AJP 4 Pot only


FITTING GUIDE:
You need to make sure the seal groves are spotlessly clean and free from any dirt or corrosion, we use a plastic o-ring pick tool to scrape the grove clean without scratching the aluminium.
Then lubricate the seals with a silicon based grease or Castrol red rubber grease before fitting.
To get the pistons in you have to take your time and slowly wiggle the pistons around in the bore until the seal goes all the way around the piston, the piston will then easily slide into the calliper with finger pressure. 
Do not force the piston into the calliper, if it needs more than finger pressure, the seal hasn't gone over the edge of the piston and forcing it in will cut the seal.
